I purchased the Glider Package. How much time do I have for set-up and clean-up?

You can arrive 30 minutes prior to the party start time to set-up for the Glider Package. You will have a party attendant to help make set up easy. We ask that you begin cleaning up 15 minutes prior to the end of the party. You will be responsible for removing anything brought into the space that you would like to keep. We will take care of the rest of the clean up!

Can I bring extra food if I book a party?

We welcome additional finger foods for adults. However, we ask that you please avoid items that require a burner or equipment for warming. Please note: Additional pizza must be ordered through Sky Bounty’s Indoor Playground.

When is payment due?

All party packages require a 50% non refundable deposit which is due at the time of booking. A 15% gratuity charge is added to all birthday party packages. Final payment is due BEFORE the event begins. Payment may be brought the day of your event.

Are food or drink allowed in the playground?

No food or drink are allowed in the playground. We ask that all food and drink stay in the party space at all times. 

Does the package price cover the grip socks?

The package price includes grip socks for all party guests (children) and up to two adults per child. Extra adults will be charged at the regular grip sock rate. We handle that charge in two ways: either the party host can cover the difference at the end, or each additional adult can individually pay for their own socks as they arrive. (Please inform a Sky Bounty Team Member during check-in.)

Can I hang decorations on the walls?

In order to maintain the integrity of our walls, we ask that decorations be hung in the designated areas on the wall. Please ask a Sky Bounty Team Member for assistance. 

I purchased the Glider Package. What type of decorations are allowed during the party?

You may bring as many or as few decorations as you would like. Glitter and Confetti are prohibited and we do not allow latex balloons in the playground. Latex balloons ARE welcome in the party area.

Do you have high chairs for use?

Yes! Please ask a Sky Bounty team member for a high chair. You can also request a high chair prior to the party.

What can I expect from the party attendants?

Sky Bounty’s Indoor Playground is committed to providing exceptional customer service. Our staff will be present from start to finish. Attendants will welcome guests, maintain the safety and cleanliness of the party space, assist with food and supplies, and will be available for all of your party needs during your event.
